Delay
If the product (s) is (are) not delivered (i) within 60 days of the agreement, or on the date agreed, you have the faculty of withdrawing from the contract and any sum from you paid you will be refund without further delay.
If the delivery of the product / s do(es) not take place for any reason including the testing,( even temporary) of the product / s, within 60 days from the forwarding of the order by the user, the user may withdraw the order and gioiellidoro will refund the price and any other amounts already paid by the user.
