Terms of sale
Article 1 - object
These terms of sale have been listed for the purchase of products by means of telematic network on the website gioiellidoro.it, belonging to gioielleria barbera; the purchase operation will be regulated by the provisions of the legislative decree. of 22 may 1999 n. 185, and by the lgs. n. 196/03 "code relating to the protection of personal data", which provides the processing of personal data,(even detailed abroad) by anyone who is resident, or has its registered office in Italy.
Article 2 - acceptance of the general sales conditions
With the telematic sending of its order of purchase, the customer declares to have read the terms of sale of the payment methods offered, and of all the purchase procedure.
Article 3 - formation of the contract
Online orders must be made with the following methods:
- • When you decide to make a purchase, you must click on "buy" or on the cart icon to add the product into the cart. The completion of the order will be carried out by the cart by the "check out" button. The default system provides the possibility of purchasing products without the need to register; identifying the user as "guest". In this case, you have the possibility of buying a product without registering; you must indicate the data required for order management, and the issue of the purchase document. The difference between this user and what is recorded is that the latter can use their customer area, "my orders", where you can find order information, the state of the order, the purchasing history, the document of sale, etc.

- • Barbera jewelery ensures a safety procedure for recovery of the password for subsequent purchases in case of forgotten purchase, and the password will be kept in your safe (encrypted) systems. Therefore, you will be requested to insert your e-mail address. The registration address is where the order confirmation and all the following documents will be sent. It is however possible to indicate a different address for delivery during the processing of the order; if the delivery address and issue of the sales document does not coincide, make sure no cost information (sale documents) will be enclosed in the sent package. The sale document in any case, if sent by mail, is always sent to the mail address indicated during the registration / order phase.
- • In the event of already registered users, access to the account is carried out by entering the registration data.
- • The order is explicit of all the costs that will be charged, therefore related to products, accessories, possible transport costs and taxes applicable. To complete the registration of the order, the integral acceptance of the sales conditions is required. Therefore, you will be asked to confirm the address of issue of the sale and shipping document as well as your data for payment.
- • When the collection of all the necessary information has been completed, you will be requested to verify its correctness. If you find any kind of error, you can change the order and correct the errors before posting it to Jewelry Barbera. It is the user's responsibility to verify the exactness of the order before putting into force. - • Payment authorization is obtained under the order registration.. If you do not authorize the credit institute of the user, the order cannot be accepted, and the procedure will be incomplete.
- • Barbera Jewelery will send a first confirmation email of receipt of the order, containing a summary of the terms of sale applicable to the contract, the information relative to the main characteristics of the product and the detailed indications of the price, payment and withdrawal, shipping costs and applicable taxes. This email will be sent automatically to the user registration address.
- • Barbera jewelery will send a second mail in the moment when the package will be ready for shipment, pending the collection by the express courier. In the mail, both the sale document and the information needed to verify the delivery status (tracking) will be included.
- • When the order cannot be accepted by Barbera Jewelry for any reason, a Barbera Jewelery department will contact you, and Barbera Jewelery immediately accredits every possible amount to the customer.
Through the submission of an order, the user formulates a purchase offer of the product (s) at the price indicated, subject to acceptance by Barbera Jewelry. Prices are regularly verified; however, if Barbera Jewelery discovers the changes in the prices or errors in the indication of the same, it will contact the user asking for the confirmation of the intention to proceed with the purchase at the actual price. In the case of confirmation of the order of purchase by the user, they will not be able to leave gioielleria barbera obligations related to the delivery of the product until the second confirmation order is sent. If you have requested to have committed an error in making the order, please contact Barbera Jewelry immediately through the contact form.
Please make sure you report to Barbera Jewelry before you enter the second email confirmation of the order. Barbera jewelery is not able to correct the orders after this time, but the user is in any case guaranteed the right of withdrawal as indicated below.
Purchase methods and prices
Before the confirmation of the purchase the customer's total cost of the order will be summarized, and he will have the possibility to modify all or in part, or to completely cancel this order. The prices of the products are clearly indicated on the site and are including vat. If the product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail. Barbera jewelry reserves the right to modify the prices indicated on the website, gioiellidoro.it without notice.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
Before sending us any product as return, please read our rules and return policy carefully: check that the product to be returned is in the conditions specified before sending it physically.

Article 7 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale may be modified by Barbera Jewelry without notice, and they will be valid from the date of publication on the website, gioiellidoro.it. It is intended that these sales conditions are however subject to Italian legislation, and all disputes will be exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Caltanissetta.
